Leaping is built on platform services (including Lovable, Cloudflare and Supabase). TalentInsights is responsible for how we use data inside the app; our infrastructure partners are responsible for the security of the services they provide. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for using Leaping in line with your organisation's policies.
What we collect and why
We collect only what is needed to run the service and improve your experience.
- Account information — email, name and language preference, so we can create and secure your workspace.
- Assessment responses — the choices you make during the Leaping assessment, used to generate your talent profile.
- Team data — names, roles and sharing preferences you or your organisation provide to enable team views.
- Usage data — error logs and feature usage that help us keep the app reliable.
Cookies and similar technologies
Leaping uses cookies and browser storage for essential functions. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the app is used.
- Necessary cookies — authentication tokens, session state and language choice.
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences inside the app.
- Analytics cookies — help us see which features are used so we can improve them. You can disable these through your browser settings.
Platform and hosting
Leaping is hosted on Cloudflare's edge network and stores data in Supabase. Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices. The statements on this page describe those platform capabilities; they are not a guarantee or certification by TalentInsights.
Access and authentication
Accounts are protected by Supabase Auth. You can sign in with email and password or with Google OAuth. Password resets are handled through verified email links. Inside the database, row-level security limits what each user can see.
Subprocessors and integrations
We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, Cloudflare for hosting, and Lovable for application delivery. AI Leap may send prompts to an external large-language model provider so it can answer coaching questions grounded in your profile.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep it by law.
Your privacy choices
You can review and update your profile from your account settings. To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, contact us through the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this page as the app or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
